All orders are shipped via Canada Post in plain, unmarked packaging. We ensure your privacy by never including logos or brand names on the exterior of packages.

Free Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $19.99. Express shipping is available at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days. All orders include a Canada Post tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
